The following article is based around the Redditch result (Case N5 in the Quality Control document) and the general implication of Part A of this report: that upwards of half of all HNS are not reliable indications of the affordable housing situation.
Appendix 2
The following article provides some detail on the administration of PPS. It contains an amusing phrase 'despite the administration' PPS has continued to pick up extra work. This ought to read 'because of' since clearly the saving of £1.6 million of tax and bank debt and perhaps another £3m of shareholders debt has, to put it mildly, lowered the PPS cost base in a fashion that enables it to compete on a different basis from other companies!
